The new direction by mobile user is the email facility now available on a great number web based networks. How then to secure these emails as they arrive at your phone? Once the email is received by your phone it's possible for this information to be retrieved, say if you lost your phone or it's hacked. Then all your personal internet info is at risk. The best method to protect yourself from this happening is don't store any personal info on you phone and secondly make sure you use you pin properly. If you have a PDA then you may be able to set up encryption, which will be much harder to break than a pin.
